How To Find True Happiness

Do you think its hard to find or realize true hapinness ? or Is there true happiness that last forever?



Do you beleive that you can make yourself happy not money or love or people can?


i think how to Find True happiness is by evaluating the ourselves by knowing what is good and bad within ourselves, how we accept actions and react to it how to see the world from our hearts, atleast in happiness matter we can avoid using calculations coz it is a matter of feeling which our hearts does this feeling so let us use our hearts to find true happiness that lies inside ourselves.

Have more confidence in yourself and be more able to deal with life's issues using the best ways to overcome what you are going through


Believe in yourself more and admit your mistakes and negative points try to replace them with the best you can learn or cahnge in yourself.

We are built to conquer environment, solve problems, achieve goals, and we find no real satisfaction or happiness in life without obstacles to conquer and goals to achieve (Maxwell Maltz)

Ask most people how to find true happiness and what would make them happy, and they would tell you that a promotion, a new car,being rich, or just getting married would give them true happiness. it will make them happy for sure but only for a while that is not True Happiness .

They are blinded by their belief that real happiness is something that the world provides. In reality, True Happiness depends on your outlook in life. It comes from within.

True happiness is inside everyone but people who dont feel it coz they dont want to feel it by their hearts . they want to see objects or touch objects , money in their hands to make them happy.

we better search for True Happiness from inside and reveal it to the outside.
