i love qoutes so much i think it is enough to hear those simple and short phrases instead of reading many books may be its enough for me but not for others...right?

sometimes i like to speak some of my own quotes to me or to friends it is so simple and gets in your mind and heart i also admire my friend Sam Chan of his way of presenting good topics in his Blog with amazing quotes related to his topics he got that unique blogging style...... he inspires me.

Ok im not trying to do the same on that post coz i cannot do it i dont have this nice skill as sam but i will try to refresh your minds and hearts with some quotes that really very important to be reminded with in our daily lives for motivating us of be better ones and learn from those who have experiences .

self improvement is one of the most important topics these days every where on internet , books , magazines and people's discussions too even most of us sppeak within themselves about i should do this or do that i want be better ond grow more with my mind and attitude to a best level .

Benefits of crying

crying is a bless to me im happy that i can cry whenever i want to, i feel like washing away all my sadness and i feel much better after crying, if i dont cry i feel more terrible and may be depressed.
i dont normally cry infront of strangers but i can cry infront of people that i love, im not weak coz i cry when im sad no....that helps me to calm down and get into better mood after crying coz i just let all those feelings out of me instead of pushing myself hard not to cry and keep it inside of me i beleive tears sometimes are like drugs or its the cure that can heal a wound even if a little bit of the wound.

sometimes i wonder why most men dont cry when they are stresed with some problems or hard times maybe their parents have told them not to cry a man should not cry.
or maybe when they felt crying every one would say they are weak
i dont agree with that i think its just a belief acquired from other people or parents that men should not cry coz i sometimes tell my son dont cry like girls but then i realized how crying relieves and comforts me i dont want my son to cry too much or not to cry at all i just want it to be normal cry if u need to cry to feel better afterwards.

is it just a belief that crying is a shameful action for men or its for weak not strong men or only babies cry... or it is due to less self confidence..... i dont think so i think GOD gave us tears so we can use it when we need to use it.

Now i did know why i get better after crying and i will never tell my son stop crying like girls or babies but i will teach him to cry if irt worth it

searching For Her Younger Sister

You could be the one to reunite two sisters.Her name is Jackie Hooper, also known as Shinade. Her biological mother was Maxine Soape, but a couple had adopted her.

According to her, besides her mother, she also had a younger sister as a family member. The Power of Words

A group of frogs were traveling through the woods, and two of them fell into a deep pit. All the other frogs gathered around the pit. When they saw how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead.

The two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump up out of the pit with all of their might. The other frogs kept telling them to stop, that they were as good as dead. Finally, one of the frogs took heed to what the other frogs were saying and gave up. He fell down and died.

The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Once again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die. He jumped even harder and finally made it out.

When he got out, the other frogs said, "Did you not hear us?" The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the entire time.


This story gives us thoughts to think about:
1. An encouraging word to someone who is down can encourage them to achieve their goal.
2. A destructive word to someone who is down can have negative effects. Be careful of what you say.

A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and four-year grandson. The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered. The family ate together at the table.
But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands and failing sight made eating difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor. When he grasped the glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth.

The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess. "We must do something about Grandfather," said the son. "I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor". So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner. There, Grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed their dinners together.

Since Grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl. When the family glanced in Grandfather's direction, sometimes he had a tear in his eye as he sat alone. Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food.

The four-year-old watched it all in silence. One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor. He asked the child sweetly, "What are you making?" Just as sweetly, the boy responded, "Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food in when you get old." The four year old smiled and went back to work.

The words so struck the parents that they were speechless. Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done. That evening the husband took Grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table. For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled.


I've learned that, regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life. I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.

I've learned that if you pursue happiness, it will elude you. But, if you focus on your family, your friends, the needs of others, your work and doing the very best you can, happiness will find you.

I've learned that children's eyes observe more than there ears ever hear and the example we set for them determines their actions.


I've learned that make a "living" is not the same thing as making a "life".

I've learned that every day, you should reach out and touch someone. People love that human touch -- holding hands, a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.

I've learned that people will forget what you said ...people will forget what you did......but people will never forget how you made them feel.

I've learned that life is about people and making a positive difference.

I've learned that you should take care of yourself and those you love - Today and Everyday!

I've learned I still have a lot to learn!

Ramadan a Month of Fasting for Muslims

Today is the first day of RAMADAN a holy month for muslims to fast for 3o days im so much happy all muslims are happy when this month comes it has many puposes and i would like to give my friends who know little about it a short brief about this month.

RAMADAN:
-a month of obligatory daily fasting in Islam is the ninth month in the Islamic lunar calendar. Daily fasts begin at dawn and end with sunset. Special nightly prayers called, Taraweeh prayers are held. The entire Quran is recited in these prayers in Mosques all around the world. This month provides an opportunity for Muslims to get closer to God. This is a month when a Muslim should try to:

*See not what displeases Allah(GOD)
*Speak no evil
*Hear no evil
*Do no evil
*Look to Allah(GOD) with fear and hope

Ramadan ends with a day long celebration known as Eidul-Fitr. Eidul-Fitr begins with a special morning prayer in grand Mosques and open grounds of towns and cities of the world. the prayer is attended by men, women and children with their new or best clothes. A special charity, known as Zakatul-Fitr is given out prior to the prayer. The rest of the day is spent in visiting relatives and friends, giving gifts to children and eating.

Some of The purposes of fasting is to avoid sins such as:
*Getting angry
*Bad language
*Gossip and lies
*Arguing with others

Happy ramadan to all muslims in the world
im excited coz i get closer to Allah (GOD) pleasing him and thanking him also most of the prayers are really accepted in this month.

My main prayers are to all man kind who ever they are ....wherever they are .....what religion they have ......i prayPEACE....LOVE...... and HARMONY to be in this world and i pray good health to everyone and happiness too GOD BLESS ALL

Let us Complain Less and Give More

I received that Email from my friend this week i felt i want to share i hope u wont be bothered by the pictures i felt sorry for those kids but the moral is to appreciate and be satisfied with what we have we are luckier and better than millions of poor people in this world those people dont seek for prosperity and luxury, they just need the main sources of living food, shelter and clothes.

My father taught me good thing and he keeps telling me that" u have to look at people who are lower than you not higher than u, coz when u look at people who has less, u will thank God and say i have too much .......But if u look at those who have too much, u will be unhappy and say i have nothing"

i pray from my heart for all human beings to be happy and to those people who have few things to be better in future. no poor people no povert no sickness.

and i forgot to mention i showed that email and read it to my son and his cousin to let them know that there are other kids suffering in the world and they should be thankful for what they have and stop complaining about buying more expensive stuff .

1.im a house wife and mom.

2.i love to sing i always wanted to be a singer i used to sing at school parties.

What GOD Will And Won't Ask

I wonder if these words could affect our actions in future and be more aware of what pleases GOD that gave us LIFE and remember GOD more in our fast daily lives ...i hope this can really remind me and my readers of how to be prepared for GOD's questions and to have the right answers that pleases him .

What God Will And Won't Ask

1.God won't ask what kind of car you drove, but will ask howmany people you drove who didn't have transportation.

2. God won't ask the square footage of your house, but will askhow many people you welcomed into your home.

3. God won't ask about the fancy clothes you had in your closet,but will ask how many of those clothes helped the needy.

4. God won't ask about your social status, but will ask whatkind of class you displayed.

5. God won't ask how many material possessions you had, but will ask if they dictated your life.

6. God won't ask what your highest salary was, but will ask ifyou compromised your character to obtain that salary.

Building Your House


An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the house-building business to live a more leisurely life with his wife and enjoy his extended family. He would miss the paycheck each week, but he wanted to retire. They could get by.


The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go & asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but over time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.


When the carpenter finished his work, his employer came to inspect the house. Then he handed the front-door key to the carpenter and said, "This is your house... my gift to you."


The carpenter was shocked!


What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently.

So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building. Then, with a shock, we realize we have to live in the house we have built. If we could do it over, we would do it much differently.


But, you cannot go back. You are the carpenter, and every day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall. Someone once said, "Life is a do-it-yourself project." Your attitude, and the choices you make today, help build the "house" you will live in tomorrow.
Therefore, Build wisely!
