Are you Happy with yourself?

I ask my self many times everyday,when i get home, when i am alone or before i sleep and after i talk to anyone about anything, AM I HAPPY WITH MYSELF? am i happy with what i do or say or react.

And to be honest most of the times iam not happy with my reactions or attitudes its not because iam wrong or bad , it is because im always letting my mood control me , so i remind (me) to improve my daily habbits with people around and the way i talk and reply to them and not to act under any stress or pressure i have to think well before talking.

i know thats happening with many people but from my side i consider it a good question to be asked everyday as i have to be honest with myself when i answer, for me seeking for happy days in future i have to review my deeds to see what conclusions i got after what i did or to be more precisely the reactions from others i receive after my actions.

i know we face sometimes that would be kind of hard to control our attitudes towards others (at home, work, when shopping....etc.)

the smartest and wise people and the ones looking for self improvement must really do one thing THINK BEFORE YOU TALK OR ACT about anything or with anyone dont let ur mood control ur situations or your rage hurt someone's feelings because its just simple you dont want to be hurt by somebody so dont hurt anybody.

i m trying all the time to learn from my mistakes and not to repeat them and try to advice others also not to go through similar mistakes .

In order to be happy with your self dont repeat your mistakes and ask yourself everyday AM I HAPPY WITH MYSELF? its not like judging youself , its about you making( you) a better person and happy person and remember decide whats wrong and help yourself with improving your daily attitudes to the best u can do .

THINK BEFORE YOU ACT OR TALK under any circumstances, what u think would that make you more happy with you self?

i beleive we are our own helpers and with will power , self improvement and positive thinking we shall be enjoying everyday of our lives

Do you talk with yourself? When we hear people talking aloud with themselves we consider it weird. But have you noticed that all people, with no exception, talk silently with themselves? This, we do not consider odd or weird.
If someone hurts you in some way, or says something you do not like, what do you do? You enact a whole scene of anger in your mind! You envision yourself talking angrily; you shout at him and tell him some not so nice things. Sometimes people spend hours in such negative, destructive inner dialogues.
There is a continuous conversation going on in everyone's head, and a lot of energy, time and attention are wasted on small unimportant incidents. This conversation goes on from the moment of waking until falling asleep.
The inner dialogue continues while working, studying, reading, watching TV, talking, walking, eating, etc. There is a constant judging of people, commenting on what is going on, planning, gossiping, and mental conversations with people.
These inner dialogues bring about a snowball effect. The more we conduct them, the more we become chained to them and unable to stop them. When the emotions are also evoked, more power, energy and attachment are added. This has an adverse effect on the behavior, judgment and general performance.
On many occasions the inner dialogue is negative and strengthens any negative attitude and behavior. Few people have enough faith in themselves and in their abilities, so as to conduct positive inner dialogues.
The process and effect of these inner conversations is similar to affirmations. Constant thinking about the same subject influences the subconscious mind, which consequently accepts these thoughts and words and acts on them. Negative inner dialogues bring negative results, and positive inner dialogues bring positive results.
You can use this process to your advantage. It is an automatic activity, which goes on whether you are aware of it or not. If you learn to become aware of it, you gain the ability to control it. You can turn it into a positive dialogue. If you do that, you come to realize that you have a mighty power in your possession.
Try to be aware of your thoughts. Calmly watch what is going in your mind, even if after a few moments you may forget to do that. The inner dialogue goes on even when physically you are engaged with something else. It is not so easy to mentally separate oneself from the thoughts and words the flow through the mind.

Whenever you catch yourself conducting a useless, futile conversation with yourself, stop it. Change it to something more useful. Replace the subject, and the words. It is like running an audiotape. Why not replace it with another tape that you like? Why let this tape play by itself? Change the words of the inner dialogue to positive ones about good health, happiness and success.
There is another thing you can do, but this needs concentration and will power. You can try to stop this inner conversation altogether. Try to ignore it and give your mind a vacation. Let the mind rest for a little while. Life can certainly go on, even when this dialogue is silenced. For a little while, enjoy some rest from the mind's incessant conversation.
The inner dialogue is fine sometimes, but most of the time it is just incessant useless chatter, which distract the attention from what you are doing at each moment. By becoming aware of it, and replacing it with a positive one, or just refusing to become involved with it, you gain the ability to control it.

Happiness And Health Are The Two Most Important Things In Life


Most of people are so busy these days for making money ,getting rich and put themselves under high pressure in their working life, for me those people are not that much happy in life...coz they watse many precious time of their days , forgetting that we live once not for eternity.

Most important things in life are health and happiness. These are two things which money can not buy. so we have to take more care of them to avoid loosing them, we should remember to get rest for our minds,souls and bodies , by many ways according to everyone's choice of resting and relaxing.

Minds,souls and bodies need some relaxation and so much care to maintain living and giving, if we feel we are in good health and in good shape that automatically leads to happiness if ur body is well you will feel happy.

something has changed with me the past few months and it made me so happy , i used to not have breakfast and eat so late before sleeping it was like one late meal at the end of the day i eat and sleep i thought coz i workout everyday that won't matter eating late , i thought it is still healthy , i used to have uncomfortable sleep and had many nightmares ( i know that may not be related of eating late) i felt im not well so i decided to change that silly habbit and started step by step to change it until im now for six month having good brea fast and healthy lunch and no late dinners i eat my last meal (lunch)( and take fruit as dinner if i feel hungry) 4 hours before sleeping i did manage that according my daily routines and schedule it is not easy at the beginning but it i worked hard to feel more well , healthy and light before sleeping plus continous daily exercises eating healthy food as much as i can , im taking more care of my health in order to feel happy and healthy.

so remind urself you can focus on many other important things in life more than making money only and remember after beeing so much tired for colloecting money we could spend it for treatment or at hospitals ....so whats the use? ..we have to be more rational and wise.

Give urself time in ur day saying what should i do to feed my happiness ? what should i do to feed my health?my soul,my heart,myself,my mind.....feed what ever you want to grow.

APPRECIATE What U Have


Humans' main reason of being unhappy is that we always are not satisfied with what blessings we have , in order to be satisfied we have to appreciate more what god gave us , my own point of view for happiness
is that equation

we need to learn more about appreciating what we have, some people get to know the value of what they have after they loose it for example some people dont appreciate their good health so they can keep ruining their health not on purpose but they just forget how to keep them selves in good health or like they dont care coz they think it will last forever , when they get sick or be in bad health situation they would be very sorry and say" ohhh i wish my health is good as before i would never loose it i would have taken more care of my self" , many examples of not appreciating our blesses and what we have in life

another example someone is loved by everyone around him like his parents or friends or soulmate and he starts to not evaluate that love and appreciate it by hurting the people loves him most and not paying back the same care and love to them when anyone of them leaves him then he would regret his mean attitudes towards them , amny exaples in life i know everyone of us have some this issue but not aware of it .....so please everybody evaluate and appreciate and thank god for what u have those blessings are precious very precious .

i think of the blessings that most of people have and i can tell little words about it if you have any of those blessings please try to remind urself with appreciating it and if you dont have any of this ...you will be having one day....

LIFE GOES ON

Yesterday i was watching a movie it is social movie about love relations in life i wont consider it romatic coz romance didnt last in the movie.
i will brief it to get to my point the movie is about a big love story lasted for 4 years but under hard circumstances they broke up so both of them lived very hard time he & she thinks its the end of the world and they will never ever love somebody else again.
they beleived that life wont go on .......(but life always goes on).

After they spent and wasted their time for being sad and heart broken they really moved on ....he got married and had a kid and she went on her career to be a singer.

one day they met in a restaurant they were so much happy and excited coz the whole past years they were thinking of each other still beleive they are in love .......(but life always goes on), they met and kept talking about what happened after they left each other and then they felt heart beats again but what they can do about it he and she have their own lives she had someone who loves her alot that she cares about and have her career which she was progressing well, he also had good career and a beautiful wife who adores him and a nice kid.
so they started feeling it was really right that time heals heart wounds and it was not the end of the world ( LIFE GOES ON)

They are happy with their lives they have success and family good career and love too
and then they said bye to each other realizing that inspite of the feelings still remains in their hearts and that they thought they would never feel love or happiness again withut eachother .
they realized what life can give people or lovers after hard times it gives them new love and new life u will be sure happy with it

To those who are suffering from love failures or heart breaking time:
  1. Feel sad but dont waste ur time for being too much sad....its not the end of the world
  2. Remember life goes on ....u have to move on with ur life...everyday worth living happy
  3. Control ur heart as much as u can ....i know its hard but give it a try
  4. Dont feel u lost happiness in ur life ...feel u gained good and romantic times for memory
  5. Remember u will find someone great in ur life one day ...it always happens ...it may last
  6. Beleive in fate....say thats my fate i will accaept it ....in order to feel satisfied

Daily life can be made happier. It is a matter of choice. It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy. It is true, we meet all kinds of situations during the day, and some of them may not be conductive to happiness. We can choose to keep thinking about the unhappy events, and we can choose to refuse to think about them, and instead, relish the happy moments. All of us constantly go through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings.


If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves. We lose our freedom. We let our happiness be determined by outer forces. On the other hand, we can free ourselves from outer influences. We can choose to be happy, and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives.
What is happiness? It is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value. It seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events.

For most people happiness seems fleeting, because they let changing outer circumstances affect it. One of the best ways to keep it, is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation. As the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happiness habit.
Here are a few tips for increasing happiness in daily life:


1) Endeavor to change the way you look at things. Always look at the bright side. The mind may drag you to think about negativity and difficulties. Don't let it. Look at the good and positive side of every situation.
2) Think of solutions, not problems.
3) Listen to relaxing, uplifting music.
4) Watch funny comedies that make you laugh.
5) Each day, devote some time to reading a few pages of an inspiring book or article.
6) Watch your thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, start thinking of pleasant things.
7) Always look at what you have done and not at what you haven't.Sometimes you may begin the day with the desire to accomplish several objectives. At the end of the day you might feel frustrated and unhappy, because you haven't been able to do all of those things.
Look at what you have done, not at what you have not been able to do. You may have accomplished a lot during the day, and yet you let yourself become frustrated, because of some small things that you did not accomplish. You have spent all day successfully carrying out many plans, and instead of feeling happy and satisfied, you look at what was not accomplished and feel unhappy. It is unfair toward yourself.
8) Each day do something good for yourself. It can be something small, such buying a book, eating something you love, watching you favorite program on TV, going to a movie, or just having a stroll on the beach.
9) Each day do at least one act to make others happy. This can be a kind word, helping your colleagues, stopping your car at the crossroad to let people cross, giving your seat in a bus to someone else, or giving a small present to someone you love. The possibilities are infinite. When you make someone happy, you become happy, and then people try to make you happy.
10) Always expect happiness.
11) Do not envy people who are happy. On the contrary, be happy for their happiness.
12) Associate with happy people, and try to learn from them to be happy. Remember, happiness is contagious.
13) Do your best to stay detached, when things do not proceed as intended and desired. Detachment will help you stay calm and control your moods and reactions. Detachment is not indifference. It is the acceptance of the good and the bad and staying balanced. Detachment has much to do with inner peace, and inner peace is conductive to happiness.

BORING ROUTINE



Everyday is the same routine almost to everyone....thats boring ,but still we live everyday....life never stops and routine is the same ....my today's thoughts were about boring routof everyday how i think to overcome this boring feelings im in ....ofcourse everyone's routine is different ...but back to my point i was thinking i need to do something new to break down that routine do anything makes me happy or having fun many ideas came into my head like

  • cooking new dish or dessert ive never tried b4
  • contacting old friends im not talking to them or seeing them regualrly
  • writing a poem
  • dancing
  • workingout
  • reading new book of new topics ive never read about
  • watching new movie or TV show
  • go for a walk
  • doing my prayers or reading about religion
  • shopping
  • listen to new music
  • singing (hearing my self)

i finally decided to workout for a while at home with some music on trying to say to my self while im exercising im not doing routine stuff im living my life in ahealthy and nice way i shouldnt be feeling bored coz im achieving everyday my own success i should be happy coz im living for doing work and have my family and friends i keep telling myself to be successful u have to achieve everyday

so i try with my self to turn that boring routine into a tool of success by mind speaking

i talk to myself a lot to keep thinking more right

IN the language of flowers, the yellow rose means friendship , the red rose means love,and the orchid means business
why dont we buy flowers to everyone we care about that will make them happy and make u happy too friends,parents ,family,husbands or wives and soul mate any one we care about buying them flowers with no occasion ....u can try that ^.^
fresh flowers with fresh and nice smell changes the mood quickly ...i think it is so relaxing ..no matter what the flower's kind
is...
its a small thing that can make me feel happy to see it or smell it ...and makes me happy more when i give someone i care about that flower.
