Blogging & BLoggers make me Feel Happy

when i started to think of blogging it was for making money through google ads (stupid me ...no money from google at all ) and to try something new and i felt bored after couple of weeks but when i found that i have readers and they come and revisit that was so much motivating , it gave me a great happiness is to find people read what you post or write, especially on MyBloLog community.

Another thing attracted me alot was the online world as you meet and read about people from all different countries of the world what a great knowledge is that, i started too feel passion for blogging , i found many blogs about various topics are very nice ones, i enjoyed them alot it was really fun to see and read about new blogs everyday and see how great bloggers are there.especially on MyBlogLog community

And i started to feel the beauty of blogging, sharing , writing, reading , comments on my blogs, looyal readers posting and bloggers

I want to talk about all my friends on mybloglog, but later i will be posting about my favorite blogs and bloggers, as to let you know the blogs that i read gives me a lot of happiness and good time reading them. really blogging and bloggers became my first hobby now

and he also tagged me as a hot member on MyBlogLog that made me happy too. because what he did was like motivating me more for blogging.

Most people admire and respect strong individuals, who have won great success by manifesting will power and self discipline. They admire people, who with sheer will power, self discipline and ambition, have improved their life, learned new skills, overcame difficulties and hardships, reduced their weight, rose high in their chosen field or advanced on the spiritual path.

The truth is that everyone can reach high levels of will power and self-discipline through a practical method of training. These inner power are not reserved for a few special people.

Will power and self discipline are two of the most important and useful inner powers in everyone's life, and have always been considered as essential tools for success in all areas of life. They can be learned and developed like any other skill, yet, in spite of this, only few take any steps to develop and strengthen them in a systematic way.

What is will power?
It is the inner strength to make a decision, take action, and handle and execute any aim or task until it is accomplished, regardless of inner and outer resistance, discomfort or difficulties.
It bestows the ability to overcomes laziness, temptations and negative habits, and to carry out actions, even if they require effort, are unpleasant and tedious or are contrary to one's habits.


What is self discipline?
It is the rejection of instant gratification in favor of something better. It is the giving up of instant pleasure and satisfaction for a higher and better goal.

The purpose of self-discipline is not living a limiting or a restrictive lifestyle. It does not mean being narrow minded or living like a fakir. It is one of the pillars of success and power. It bestows the inner strength to focus all your energy on your goal, and persevere until it is accomplished.

Both of these abilities are required for daily actions and decisions, and also for making major decisions and attaining major success. They are required for doing a good job, for studying, building a business, losing weight, bodybuilding and physical exercises, maintaining good relationships, changing habits, self improvement, meditation, spiritual growth, keeping and carrying out promises and for almost everything else.

That was an inspiring article, i think we can develop our own ways to keep our selves in balance according to our habbits and what we like , i suggest that who ever seeks for that balance you can write down as a draft all the points that occurs in your mind on how to maintain balance in your life, i did one list to myself and i do most of the list not all in the list,but anyway i dont expect to do everything at once its step by step procedure

My own tips to myself
1.Exercise
2.Eat healthy food and whatever i like but in small quantities. and drink green Tea too.
3.Watch Televesion and listen to music while im cooking that makes me feel in good mood all day.
4.Smile as much as i can.and control my temper also as much as i can.
5.Beauty Care
6.life is perfect if i dont think it is.(be optimistic)
7.Do my prayers
8.learn something new or seek for one new information everyday.
9.Feed my soul and Brain with positive feelings and thoughts
10.live respectfully and with integrity(i respect every one thats how to be respected)

i like to write my thoughts and goals as points its very motivating especially when i put it somewhere that i can read it everyday to remind my self ( on the refrigerator for instance...why not just try it it will remind you everyday)

My Friends


I consider my self so lucky to have good and true friends really its a bless, im with my friends almost 13 years ago since i was 14 years old ( wow very best time of my life i was not busy i hang out with them all the time) we are group of friends have different personalities we ofcourse have some common interests and have this magical bond between us.

in my whole life and different phases i have been through my close friends are always their helpful,loyal and make me happy and overcome hard times and i also did the same with them.
that is the beauty of living give and take and to be more happy give more and you will feel you dont need anything else but to make others happy (nice and innocent feelings)

back to what i was talking about friendship is very rare to find friends that you can love and trust but realy if u have found one dont loose it as you cannot buy true friendship with money do all your best to keep your good friend its important to have friends as eqaul as to have love in your life ( to me its like that maybe for othere love is most important)

LOVE yourself

i have been thinking that sometimes most of us think we want to be perfect to impress people, friends, our beloved ones and even people we dont know very well.

but i should not try to change myself to impress the others its like i am pretending to be someone else and if i am not honest with myself i will not be honest with anyone.

so i started to think of few things that really can tell people who are passing through this phase

1. Accept yourself and love who you really are.

2.if u seek for self improvement its because you want that, not people say u need that.

3.If someone really loves you he or she will love all of you including your defects too.

4.Dont seek for perfection nobody in this whole world is perfect and dont ask people if they think you are perfect or not.

5.If someone criticize your behavior , accept that criticizm with open mind , but dont turn it to be disliking yourself otherwise you will face unhappy times with yourself and feel lost.

6.Love your self more, so people will love u more too, by improving and accepting you by you.

7.Dont try to be someone else u admire or like by copying him , but you can follow his steps of how to improve your self and learn good things from him but dont copy.

8.Dont try to impress people by being someone you dont even know, impress them by your natural personality , for sure you will be more happy because that will increase your self confidence and love urself more.

9. Remeber that your close friends and people who really know you will find out if you act to be not yourself.

10.Always think you are a nice loving person who loves people around you and they are not complete or perfect so they also should love you back knowing that you are not perfect (nobody is perfect).

ANGER MANAGEMENT

The Best Way Is Not Always The Hard Way

Unlike other emotions, anger can cause negative effects on our health. When you get angry, your body displays physiological changes like sweating, increased heart beats and even increased temperature.

If your body is not in good physical condition, anger could probably strain your heart and increase your blood pressure. Of course, everybody knows that people with heart conditions should avoid getting angry.

Learning how to control your anger is very difficult. It would take a lot of will power and discipline. You can always look for a method or technique which effectively controls your anger. The key is finding one that you feel comfortable with.
Relaxation Techniques
If you feel that you can control your anger on your own, you can try several relaxation techniques. Whenever you feel that you are getting angry,
*you should take deep breaths. Deep breathing would slow down your heart rate and take your focus away from your anger.
*Another effective method is by counting numbers until your anger subsides. This exercise will also help you focus on other things besides your angry emotions.

it contains easy recipes i like to cook from egyptian,italian and indian cuisines and many other places from the world, all that matters they are the dishes i like and search for on the internet, so i felt i want to write about those recipes so anyone can enjoy those dishes as i do

my third blog was :
i was so much interested to learn about FOREX currency trading.
and that blog is about how i learned about forex -introduction-forex trading systems-investing with forex-forex articles-freedomrocks.
the reason i started that blog is to introduce freedomrocks system (buy/sell signals) its very easy system everyone can use it even if he is not a forex trader and even if he doesnt know much about Forex

every blog listed above had a reason why i started it , that blog is very close to my heart it satisfies me alot ,because i started that blog to make my self happy and let the others be happy as much as i can , i started to read more and surf more about happiness and self improvement , positive thinking im not an expert im a person seeks a better life and want to learn more and share those things i think of or beleive in with you.
i have many thoughts occurs my mind everyday about humans feelings and how to challenge myself to be a better person and obercome negative thinking or hard times. by changing some of my habbits in order to improve myself.

BLOGGING (part 1)

I started blogging about four months ago, to be honest i started blogging just for making money online that was the main purpose to me, but then when i found myself into blogging spirit my concept about blogging was totally changed ,it made huge difference to me as a person and blogger .

when i felt what im writing is read by many readers that was so nice and those loyal readers comments on my posts and admirehati publish that was motiavting too, i decided to blog just for blogging and try to inspire and entertain those great people that visit my blogs.

Then i can seek for money making online without relating it as the main reason for blogging , i should seperate both concepts as i tell myself (you blog because you love blogging,then i want to make money that is another object i have to work hard in many ways to make money,blogging could be one of those ways )The happinees my blogs gave me lately is so amazing and impressive.

I will discuss more about what blogs really gave me later in another posts.

And the bloggers i have known them and admired their blogs alot i will introduce them one by one , as they were very inspiring and also some of them really were cooperating and helpful with me they made me happy with my blogs.i will be so proud to introduce them soon

Handmade4u

i used to do handmade work on scarves, veils and women accessories ( but i dont work anymore wanted to be a blogger) as i used to sell those handmade work and i made good profits for almost three years but i felt i gave that work all my efforts and ideas and that was the right time to quit that work.then i started to feel lost what topics to write about i still want to make money online...so i thought to write about fashion,makeup,homemade recipes,facial mask and beauty care those things most women are interested of. afterwards i added new topics about photos and E-Mails i receive from my friends everyday and that how that blog led itself to be about.but im not a pro-blogger but still my biggest mistake is i didnt read more about blogging ( but lately i started to read more about blogging tips)

Create New Ways for Happiness

I have read this article and it inspired me alot, really made me so much motivated for more self improvement and more happiness in my daily life and i already use most of the ways to create happinnes written in the article. and ofcourse they added more happinees into my life.

it wasnt easy to change my life habbits and have new better ones but remember by will power motivation,learning, implementing and practicing (everyday) what we learn we all can change ourselves to better ones.

Happiness: The Quest

Happiness is something many of us strive for. Why is it so hard to achieve, especially at times when you need it the most? How do we change a gloomy mood into a lighter or happier one? There are some things within our power that will help us accomplish these goals. What are some benefits of happiness that could encourage you to work towards it even more?

Funny thing is that the above list also works in reverse. If you are healthy, self confident and all the rest listed, than you will most likely be happier.
Sometimes happiness is staring us right in the face. Here are some ways that you can create happiness in your life.

Exercise: It appears that exercising comes up a lot when we are speaking about improving various things in our lives. It has been shown to improve mood by making us healthier and increasing endorphins.

Foods & Diet: Eating chocolate is probably more of a pleasure than sustained happiness, even though it can provide us with a short-lived boost. A healthy diet though is vital for our health and happiness.
Too much sugar and junk foods are provisional emotional boosters. In the long run these problem foods will degrade us physically as well as emotionally.
Eat a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, including raw veggies. Cut back on unhealthy foods and don't "Super Size" it.

Supplements: If you are not receiving all of your nutrients in your diet then you may want to supplement by taking vitamins. T
here are some specific supplements that target your mood. You could discuss these with your health practitioner.

Music: Music can bring miracles to your mood. Go ahead and listen to something upbeat and happy.

Rewards: Happiness comes from rewards as well. They can be simple things. You find a great bargain on something you been wanting. Maybe someone offers you a simple item of interest. You do a task and are complimented on it by someone else or yourself.
Even finding a coin on the sidewalk can give you a "Reward" feeling that can bring happiness to you.
The greatest reward can come from giving a compliment to someone or saying a kind word.

Gratitude: Be grateful for what you have. This simple statement can make a giant difference in your life! Everyday think of everything you have. The enormous things, and the little things. Are you living in a cardboard box? No. Then be very grateful. Yes? Be grateful for the cardboard box.
Have gratitude for friends and family, the home you live in, the food you eat. Isn't it great having air to breath, freedom to go where you want. Don't take these for granted but have gratitude and give thanks.

Love: Well Love can clearly bring happiness. Love for your spouse, friends, neighbors and strangers.
Give Love and you will receive Love. Learn to Love Yourself. Let's all remember that when we interact with others.

Enjoyment: Do what you enjoy. This could be a hobby or going for a walk in the park. If you do things that you like it's bound to bring happiness.

Forgiveness: Try a bit harder to say kind words to others. Place yourself in the other's person place for a moment. Sure there are some people that act so mean and hateful.
Remember you only hurt yourself when you return meanness or hold resentment and anger inside.
Help Others: Find ways to make others happy. You may be surprised that by willingly helping others to find joy can have a positive impact on you as well. Help others to find meaning in life. Keep them company.
Build Self Confidence: Do your work the best you can. Learn new skills. Find meaning in your career and life. Enjoy a new hobby or game.
You can boost your self-confidence by learning new and enjoyable things. Raise your self-confidence and you raise your happiness. Happiness can make you smarter! Is it really surprising that positive attracts positive? If you do these things you will increase your happiness.
What is the most important thing to you? Is it money, a fancy car or a mansion, maybe your health? What about happiness? Well let's think a moment…. If you have happiness, all the happiness you want or need, would that be the most important thing to you? What good is money or the rest without happiness? If you are truly happy you won't need to worry about the rest. If you require money to be happy then you will have it.
Maybe the saying, "Money Can't Buy Happiness", should be "Happiness Can Produce Money".
Try to release all anger and negative emotions: You can accomplish this easier once you realize you are only hurting yourself and other loved ones around you. Sure it will take regular practice.
You may struggle with this, but it can become second nature after awhile. It's up to you. Do you want to be negative and unhappy or positive and learn to be happier? You can start now by adding positive attributes to your life. Be good, smile and put on a happy face!
