1. Beware of your own warning signs. For, this could just be a sudden feeling of anxiety.
2. Consider what is really causing stress to you? You may be surprised to find the fact.
3. Think over what you could do to change the things. Find out how much of stress is indeed caused by you?

Time Management Tips

Helpful Strategies to Manage Your Time and Get Things Done
“If it weren’t for the last minute, nothing would get done,” said a wisecracking piece of stationery I once came across in a store. But if you were to learn proper time management tips, you wouldn’t need that procrastinator’s motivator of a last minute in the first place. Here are some useful time management tips to help keep you and your time in tip-top shape:
1. Delegate.
Recent studies show that multitasking, rather than being an asset, is actually quite detrimental to productivity, as opposed to focusing on one job at a time. You cannot do everything by yourself. You are not superhuman after all. Know your limits and don’t be afraid to say “no” to more work or get others to share the load.
2. Don’t procrastinate.
All this does is pile up your work, making it even more daunting. And the more daunting it is, the less you’ll be inclined to work on it, and the more you’ll put it off. It’s a vicious cycle, indeed. So another time management tip is to break the task apart into several tiny, more manageable pieces. Work on these pieces one at a time and before you know it, you have conquered the project in its entirety.
3. Personalize.
Work on your workspace so that it is conducive to productivity. Get rid of distractions, but do what works best for you. Some people prefer a desk that is the epitome of organization. But if your clutter is your very life source, the fuel from which you derive all of your creative energy, then keep the mess—as long as it’s organized mess, meaning you know exactly where everything is so that you don’t waste precious time scrounging around for this paper or anything else you might need.
4. Reward.
yourself for a job well done. Hard-earned rewards can be added motivation, goals toward which you can strive. They make work that much more satisfying and fulfilling.
Time is such an invaluable resource. So simply follow these time management tips and actually get things done — right on time and without ever having to rely on the last minute.

I want to Sleep Well

My sleeping habbits are not right i know...im not sleeping well these days , i started to think about changing it and improving it by learning some tips and i will try to do my best . here are some info about how to sleep well.
Cant'sleep?
1.Sleep only when u sleepy
....This reduces the time you are awake in bed.
2.If you can't fall asleep within 20 minutes, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy
......Sit quietly in the dark or read the warranty on your refrigerator. Don't expose yourself to bright light while you are up. The light gives cues to your brain that it is time to wake up.
3.Don't take naps
......This will ensure you are tired at bedtime. If you just can't make it through the day without a nap, sleep less than one hour, before 3 pm.
4.Get up and go to bed the same time every day
.....Even on weekends! When your sleep cycle has a regular rhythm, you will feel better.
5.Refrain from exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime
.....Regular exercise is recommended to help you sleep well, but the timing of the workout is important. Exercising in the morning or early afternoon will not interfere with sleep.
6.Develop sleep rituals
.....It is important to give your body cues that it is time to slow down and sleep. Listen to relaxing music, read something soothing for 15 minutes, have a cup of caffeine free tea, do relaxation exercises.
7.Only use your bed for sleeping
.....Refrain from using your bed to watch TV, pay bills, do work or reading. So when you go to bed your body knows it is time to sleep.
8.Stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed
....Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants that interfere with your ability to fall asleep. Coffee, tea, cola, cocoa, chocolate and some prescription and non-prescription drugs contain caffeine. Cigarettes and some drugs contain nicotine. Alcohol may seem to help you sleep in the beginning as it slows brain activity, but you will end end up having fragmented sleep.
9.Have a light snack before bed
......If your stomach is too empty, that can interfere with sleep. However, if you eat a heavy meal before bedtime, that can interfere as well. Dairy products and turkey contain tryptophan, which acts as a natural sleep inducer. Tryptophan is probably why a warm glass of milk is sometimes recommended.
10.Take a hot bath 90 minutes before bedtime
.....A hot bath will raise your body temperature, but it is the drop in body temperature that may leave you feeling sleepy.
11.Make sure your bed and bedroom are quiet and comfortable
......A hot room can be uncomfortable. A cooler room along with enough blankets to stay warm is recommended. If light in the early morning bothers you, get a blackout shade or wear a slumber mask. If noise bothers you, wear earplugs.
12.Use sunlight to set your biological clock
.......As soon as you get up in the morning, go outside and turn your face to the sun for 15 minutes.
i liked those Tips.... and i do read some books or magazines to make me sleep fast ....so share with me how You get yourself to sleep??? and which one of those Tips you liked most, that in future you may be doing it!!!!!

Tips for a Healthy Mind
Positivity rules
Try to stay open-minded and positive. Negative, rigid and inflexible attitudes decrease your ability to deal with the stresses of life and prevent you from enjoying yourself.
Get your zzz’s
Be sure to get an adequate amount of sleep each night. Fatigue can interfere with the information you have already stored and your ability to learn new things.
Beneficial B12
Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to serious and irreversible physiological and psychological problems. Get your intake from foods of animal origin like meat, fish, eggs and dairy products.
Stress-free solutions
To combat stress, go outside for a brisk walk instead of smoking a cigarette. Reach for your running shoes instead of the TV remote or a chocolate bar. Regular physical activity (at least 30 minutes a day for most days of the week) and a healthy, balanced, low-fat diet will not only make you feel better but help you to better manage your stress.
Morning energy
Need a boost in the mornings? Time your coffeemaker so that the aroma of coffee coincides with your alarm. Sing in the shower. Use lotions with stimulating scents such as mint. Plan at least one fun thing to do each day. Eat breakfast.

Create New Ways for Happiness
I have read this article and it inspired me alot, really made me so much motivated for more self improvement and more happiness in my daily life and i already use most of the ways to create happinnes written in the article. and ofcourse they added more happinees into my life.
it wasnt easy to change my life habbits and have new better ones but remember by will power motivation, learning, implementing and practicing (everyday) what we learn we all can change ourselves to better ones.
Happiness is something many of us strive for. Why is it so hard to achieve, especially at times when you need it the most? How do we change a gloomy mood into a lighter or happier one? There are some things within our power that will help us accomplish these goals. What are some benefits of happiness that could encourage you to work towards it even more?
• Health
• Self Confidence
• A sense of Purpose
• More Productivity
• Achieve Your Goals
• Weight Loss
Funny thing is that the above list also works in reverse. If you are healthy, self confident and all the rest listed, than you will most likely be happier.
Sometimes happiness is staring us right in the face. Here are some ways that you can create happiness in your life.
Exercise: It appears that exercising comes up a lot when we are speaking about improving various things in our lives. It has been shown to improve mood by making us healthier and
increasing endorphins.
increasing endorphins. Foods & Diet: Eating chocolate is probably more of a pleasure than sustained happiness, even though it can provide us with a short-lived boost. A healthy diet though is vital for our health
and happiness.
and happiness. Too much sugar and junk foods are provisional emotional boosters. In the long run these problem foods will degrade us physically as well as emotionally.
Eat a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, including raw veggies. Cut back on unhealthy foods and don't "Super Size" it.
Supplements: If you are not receiving all of your nutrients in your diet then you may want to supplement by taking vitamins. T
here are some specific supplements that target your mood. You could discuss these with your health practitioner.
Music: Music can bring miracles to your mood. Go ahead and listen to something upbeat and happy.
Rewards: Happiness comes from rewards as well. They can be simple things. You find a great bargain on something you been wanting. Maybe someone offers you a simple item of interest. You do a task and are complimented on it by someone else or yourself.
Even finding a coin on the sidewalk can give you a "Reward" feeling that can bring happiness to you.
The greatest reward can come from giving a compliment to someone or saying a kind word.
Gratitude: Be grateful for what you have. This simple statement can make a giant difference in your life! Everyday think of everything you have. The enormous things, and the little things. Are you living in a cardboard box? No. Then be very grateful. Yes? Be grateful for the cardboard box.
Have gratitude for friends and family, the home you live in, the food you eat. Isn't it great having air to breath, freedom to go where you want. Don't take these for granted but have gratitude and give thanks.

Love: Well Love can clearly bring happiness. Love for your spouse, friends, neighbors and strangers.
Give Love and you will receive Love. Learn to Love Yourself. Let's all remember that when we interact with others.
Enjoyment: Do what you enjoy. This could be a hobby or going for a walk in the park. If you do things that you like it's bound to bring happiness.
Forgiveness: Try a bit harder to say kind words to others. Place yourself in the other's person place for a moment. Sure there are some people that act so mean and hateful.
Remember you only hurt yourself when you return meanness or hold resentment and anger inside.
Help Others: Find ways to make others happy. You may be surprised that by willingly helping others to find joy can have a positive impact on you as well. Help others to find meaning in life. Keep them company.
Build Self Confidence: Do your work the best you can. Learn new skills. Find meaning in your career and life. Enjoy a new hobby or game.
You can boost your self-confidence by learning new and enjoyable things. Raise your self-confidence and you raise your happiness. Happiness can make you smarter! Is it really surprising that positive attracts positive? If you do these things you will increase your happiness.
What is the most important thing to you? Is it money, a fancy car or a mansion, maybe your health? What about happiness? Well let's think a moment…. If you have happiness, all the happiness you want or need, would that be the most important thing to you? What good is money or the rest without happiness? If you are truly happy you won't need to worry about the rest. If you require money to be happy then you will have it.
Maybe the saying, "Money Can't Buy Happiness", should be "Happiness Can Produce Money".
Try to release all anger and negative emotions: You can accomplish this easier once you realize you are only hurting yourself and other loved ones around you. Sure it will take regular practice.
You may struggle with this, but it can become second nature after awhile. It's up to you. Do you want to be negative and unhappy or positive and learn to be happier? You can start now by adding positive attributes to your life. Be good, smile and put on a happy face!

The Inner Dialogue
The Inner Dialogue
by Remez Sasson
by Remez Sasson
Do you talk with yourself? When we hear people talking aloud with themselves we consider it weird. But have you noticed that all people, with no exception, talk silently with themselves? This, we do not consider odd or weird.
If someone hurts you in some way, or says something you do not like, what do you do? You enact a whole scene of anger in your mind! You envision yourself talking angrily; you shout at him and tell him some not so nice things. Sometimes people spend hours in such negative, destructive inner dialogues.
There is a continuous conversation going on in everyone's head, and a lot of energy, time and attention are wasted on small unimportant incidents. This conversation goes on from the moment of waking until falling asleep.
The inner dialogue continues while working, studying, reading, watching TV, talking, walking, eating, etc. There is a constant judging of people, commenting on what is going on, planning, gossiping, and mental conversations
with people.
with people. These inner dialogues bring about a snowball effect. The more we conduct them, the more we become chained to them and unable to stop them. When the emotions are also evoked, more power, energy and attachment are added. This has an adverse effect on the behavior, judgment and general performance.
On many occasions the inner dialogue is negative and strengthens any negative attitude and behavior. Few people have enough faith in themselves and in their abilities, so as to conduct positive inner dialogues.
The process and effect of these inner conversations is similar to affirmations. Constant thinking about the same subject influences the subconscious mind, which consequently accepts these thoughts and words and acts on them. Negative inner dialogues bring negative results, and positive inner dialogues bring positive results.
You can use this process to your advantage. It is an automatic activity, which goes on whether you are aware of it or not. If you learn to become aware of it, you gain the ability to control it. You can turn it into a positive dialogue. If you do that, you come to realize that you have a mighty power in your possession.
Try to be aware of your thoughts. Calmly watch what is going in your mind, even if after a few moments you may forget to do that. The inner dialogue goes on even when physically you are engaged with something else. It is not so easy to mentally separate oneself from the thoughts and words the flow through the mind.

The inner dialogue goes on even when physically you are engaged with something else. It is not so easy to mentally separate oneself from the thoughts and words the flow through the mind.
Whenever you catch yourself conducting a useless, futile conversation with yourself, stop it. Change it to something more useful. Replace the subject, and the words. It is like running an audiotape. Why not replace it with another tape that you like? Why let this tape play by itself? Change the words of the inner dialogue to positive ones about good health, happiness and success.
There is another thing you can do, but this needs concentration and will power. You can try to stop this inner conversation altogether. Try to ignore it and give your mind a vacation. Let the mind rest for a little while. Life can certainly go on, even when this dialogue is silenced. For a little while, enjoy some rest from the mind's incessant conversation.
The inner dialogue is fine sometimes, but most of the time it is just incessant useless chatter, which distract the attention from what you are doing at each moment. By becoming aware of it, and replacing it with a positive one, or just refusing to become involved with it, you gain the ability to control it.
